Easy as Pie — hey delicate

This weekend I made my first sweet potato pie! It's one of my holiday favorites and I tried some new spices: all spice and ginger. Check out the recipe here. I peeled, cut, and boiled my sweet potatoes first instead of baking them as noted in the recipe. What's one of your favorite holiday dishes?
